  12. Well...bit of an update,as we all know with these projects they never go to plan, after ordering loads of Oem parts and having to remove the front glass,it's really slowed this up:( but was a good job we decided to remove the glass as it was leeking, discoloured and when it was removed the glass vertically fell out:w00t:all the window seal had gone hard and started to move, so new window orderd and fitted( blue glass) looks so much better and fresh with new glass,so now back on track roof painted and new trim to put on,should be finished early next week, then waiting for new front lights to arrive from Luke and I can start rebuilding it.

  16. Yes your so right,to get anywhere near 450 bhp you need a fresh engine rebuild, your asking so much out of the engine at this kind of performance it will let go within an instance, and has to be mapped right.
  17. The only tip I could give you si is....stay standard on power, there's no way I would ever chase power again,I wouldn't like to tot up how many thousands I've pi..ed away and only to attachived 430 bhp,you have such a nice car spend the money on something else;)

  22. OK guys so carrying on from the discussions in another thread its clear that a few people are interested in buying a set of Carbon Scuttles. From initial discussions with the manufacturer we would need at least 5 sets to make this viable, cost per set is circa £200-£220. These will be "All Carbon Fibre" unlike others that are fibreglass with a carbon top face. So if you would like to maybe participate in a group buy please register your interest and we will build a list. I will then get the ball rolling as and when enough people have signed up. I have a pair of very good condition OEM scuttles that will be used to take the mold from so they should fit very nicely. I am hoping that the large gaps between the ribs can be improved upon too. 1. 23. I need a full set of mats for my fair lady, I think in black and don't mined paying for some good ones:) where should I look?
