    And I'm not talking about marmite! I went to buy some new trousers today and I couldn't get into my usual 34" waist. I thought it might be the style but every pair in every shop shouted "you have put on a stone!" How are you fighting the battle of the bulge? or do you not bother? I'm only 36 - I am not ready to look like my dad yet!:tt2:
