  1. PMSL.......The only person I know who spends £70k on their car and then uses what sounds like halfords special palstic hosing for their gauges! At least it happened in a controlled environment, instead of when you were on the road :)
  2. Didn't buy it intentionally, I went to look at an RX7 and the blokes next door neighbour was selling his 300 so I bought that instead, and went shopping with the 2.5k that I saved :D Admittedly, on my mission to find an RX7 I did look at a bout 15 300's

  4. Pastime  Isn't that when your not always on the phone or emailing your other half, working, fixing the zed, having a social life etc etc :D
  5. No mone is a UK, But the bottom end either next to or on the sump (I never really paid that much attention, just put them in) I would imagine it's still the same. Have a look about, where your oil filter goes and they are located about there.
  6. I am just fitting these guages at the min. If you look at where your original oil pressure sender is (This is on the assumption that your replacing your sender for your new gauge). On the exact opposite side there is a blanking plate where you can put in another sender. However don't make the same mistake as me and fit them while your car is having an oil change (Far less messy) :D
  7. Use mine everyday even though it costs me on average about £100.00 a week to get to work and just tootle about.
  8. Mine is really boring and is just because thats my nick name :D
  9. Well if asked this question a month ago I would have said purple (Obviously because thats the colour of mine) But my car gets resprayed next week and I am putting it back to the original color (Mettalic Black). I am however going to have silver glitter mixed in the paint so that it's a little more girlee :D
  10. omg.........Well if your bored you could post somehting entertaining like Lots of dancing bananas LOL      :D
  11. Mac I expect to see you nice and early in the morning with your tool box LOL
  12. Fook me you have just described my car, but it's parked on the drive (Well I hope it is unless someones stole it) !!!!!!
  13. All the bits that your not doing!!! So get your backside down here and fix my car!!! :p Isn't that what other halfs are for ????
  14. Right then, I have decided that this weekend is it and I am going to get the car sorted. This includes: - 1. Removing old Engine Loom and fitting new one 2. Replacing viscose fan 3. Replacing solenoid behind the dash for the heater to work 4. Fixing the Accelerator Linakge (So the car doesn't kill me) 5. Replacing front caliper 6. Fitting new plenum 7. Changing spark plugs 8. Oil change 9. Coolant change God that list looks depressing!!! So anything I should know about the above, before I start ripping the car apart ?
  15. OK, the conclusion I have come to as to why these muppets race us is because. If you are a boy racer what would you rather tell your mates that you raced and lost to? a proper car i.e a 300, supra etc etc or a pocket rocket i.e. saxo's, civics etc etc Personally I know what I would rather say I lost to!!!! But hey just a theory, it could just be that they really do think that they stand a chance!! :nono:
  16. Thought both your hands would be full with all these escorts LOL :D
  17. PMSL......Doesn't say much when you say that to the bird you are seeing does it babe
  18. Know how you feel! Mine jammed at full accelleration, so I had to turn the iginition off pull onto the side of the road and force pull the cable back down  Mines slightly different to yours though, where the return springs are on the throttle the bearings underneath the springs have disintergrated on one side and massively cracked on the other!!! Zeds hey, aren't they fun! :D
  19. Thats awful!!! How ever I do have to admit that ever since becoming a fully blown blonde my IQ has halved LOL :D
