ffs, some people. :mad: Under the Credit Consumer Act, notify the company that unless they replace the goods or refund the money to your credit card, that you will be instructing your credit card company to recover the full anount of money. The Credit Card company will need a Crime Ref so you had better report it, and ask City Link to send you a copy of the signed reciept. At the end of the day, thays why you have a credit card, let them do all the work. :)

The best way to do this is go to http://www.peopleschoice.co.uk and their quotes are really quite good. Then go to http://www.expressinsurance.co.uk and get their quote. Then phone them up once you have got your quotation ref and tell them that you have been quoted cheaper elsewhere. I saved over £450.00 quid doing this (my god i sound like an advertisement :eek: ) i know its long winded but worth it in the end. :D

I'm with Express insurance Group they are not bad, but if they quote you tell them that you have had a better offer (try to keep it as realistic as you can) and they will match it. :D
