  3. LOL If you want to be nimble round town then buy a fookin pushbike :Dwhats all this town stuff? Infact WHO would get max potential round town with stock turbos? Stu Big brakes work as good around town as they do on a track.
  4. Dave the only committee member that was appointed by the rest of the committee was me  As the clubs traders liaison officer.
  5. CheerZ Andy,I do have that solid pipe that goes on the inner wing, but I am not fitting it as I have a bleed nipple in the 94+master. Still not 100% sure what pipe I need though ****in manuals LOL
  6. Simon, straight up question mate, how laggy are your T28s? Is there much between stock?
  7. Anyone fitting big tubs,850cc injectors, full engine managment, tubular SS manifolds are going to have lots of problems. Your point is?
  8. First of all I have to take my cap off to Mat as he had the balls to take it on himself, but three times? Do you really think he wanted to do it three times? I think not. So yes it does matter,as the more times you take it apart the more it costs
  9. Chris I found this but don't take it as fact as it was from a :x: site:D.................................. TD05-18G's and T25-28's = Man... definitely surprised me... I knew the T25-28 lag wouldn't be all that great, but to be the same as a turbo making almost 50% more horsepower is simply not acceptable. Still want to race Chris?
  10. Yea wish Duffer would too:D
  11. but a 1.2k Blue Peter home build repeated 25 times works out more expensive:( Ask poor MTL 3X now on home builds:(:(:(
  12. How do you work that out?
  13. LOL Is that the Blue Peter one?
  14. India  Ask Latz
  15. Ok first look at what cars are produced in the US? My Lincoln Continental has 800rwhp  second IMHO It's the japs that know about tuning and NOT the US (ask Nico) :D So what who cares? We all have an oppinion who is right and who is wrong? US tuning? :nono: Japan tuning? So get of your soap box and buckle down to your IT job!
  16. As a guy in the US once said.............................. Message (kind of rant-mode on) One major problem I've noticed over all of my years here on Twinturbo.net is that the average joe has no clue how to properly interpret data. If anybody shows a dyno and proclaims, "Look, our special brand X makes Y more horsepower compared to brand Z!", that people will generally believe it to be true. Now, maybe it's the trained scientist in me (Ph.D. in Molecular & Cellular Pharmacology, studying the subtype-dependent potentiation of neuronal nicotinic acetylcholine receptors by zinc), but it really offends me that people would post such nonsense. This is perpetuated by the bozos at car magazines who do a SINGLE baseline run and a SINGLE post-mod run and claim that the 2 hp difference seen is a significant difference. These charlatan-like assertions are just plain laughable... any number of things could cause these miniscule differences (car cooled off while installing part, original part being replaced was dirty/malfunctioning, etc.) If you want to truly make claims that are at least somewhat reasonable, you need to have MULTIPLE runs with the same condition to find averages and trends. This problem rears its ugly head again when people make speculations here and there about how these turbos compare to those turbos. (kind of rant mode off)
  17. What a :xxx:
  18. Anyone else notice anything real dodgy about the graph? Is it a scan or is it a drawing?   :x:
  19. Sorted with Duff for 1 can of Stella
  20. Jock,I want one mate, but PaulG tells me I need a one that is longer as I am not fitting the crap bleed thing on the inner wing. MrG where are you?
