Probably but that has nothing to do with idle and drive ability at low revs,you can stick 850cc injectors and map the car with a stock ecu and still maintain a well balanced idle and have the car drive nice low down the rev range. Clutch to handle big power is a differant ball game you either go triple plate or carbon carbon thats about all the choice you have.

Not true at all Stu,I have no problems and my clutch is as easy as a stock one to use. I am running 850cc injectors and it sits rock steady at 1000rpm.The idel speed is only as good as the guy that mapped it.

LOL I am not an expert on engine builds but the guy that built it is more than an expert at doing so IMHO However Peter has now moved on to other things. Many garages will claim they know what they are doing and will take all of your hard earned cash and promise you this and that :rolleyes: You seen the 900bhp engine for sale on ebay? :rofl: Lets just buy lots of parts and stick them all together and get 900bhp without ever having the experiance of producing such power. You have chosen a very expensive and complex option but I wish you all the very best and if I can help you achieve your goal then I will.

Just re read that and TBH what time a car can go down a 1/4 mile strip does NOT prove what power it has. Nor does it really prove it is faster than another car on the road as traction and driver skill plays a much greater part. The truth is what the car does on the road and what it can beat fair and square without making excuses.

I dont see anything in that question about leader gears :rolleyes: The US have been doing the straight swap NA diff for years as Eric said you also need to change the subframe too. This is a very good mod as it improves the cars acceleration and will really knock seconds off your 0-60 and 1/4 mile times. However it will reduce your top speed and it WONT take silly BHP as it was designed to fit a N/A,I read it will die if the BHP exceeds 400.

No Vin and this is my honest reason why.................................. I could never have another performance car that had less power than the 300 as I would always compare them. That is why I chose a 4x4 as my every day car as it is totally different.

Yes it does handle like its on rails forgot to add that one but mine does too with the tein flex.

My honest opinion Sounds very very nice infact one of the nicest sounding cars I have heard for some time. The brakes were very good the 6 speed gearbox was so smooth and a pleasure to use. I was not too keen on the interior and the performance was poor but ok for a N/A I suppose.
