No the gap was fine and the engine was running spot on;)

I have hit 504.8 bhp then I changed the gap in the spark plug and the car has just made a 60bhp increase so I am now 564.8bhp do you think this is at all possible?

Vinz I think I was the first on here to fit an after market rad it was around 3 years ago and at the time Koyo did have an issue the the neck. As Topless has pointed out this is no longer an issue and like I said about when ChrisC had his delivered from Z1 it was bent like a banana and that is a FACT! When we compared them together the Howe was not in the same class it looked like a very cheap core was used and the welding was like crow shit LOL;)

Take the lid off the ecu and look at the label,there are so many dodgy chips going around it is very easy to buy a copy these days people claim the chip they selling or sold are the real JWT,SE or what ever and half of the time they are not.

He had a chip that was detting its nuts off then he fitted Andys chip and did not touch the timing and its 100% spot on and even made more power

The only reason the car made 504 is the stock fuel pump maxed out,The guys that mapped it said there is more than 100bhp to get out even before we use race fuel.The car has alot more work to do yet, twin pumps are next on the list in 06. Am I happy with that number? As a few people have already said numbers are NOT important as every single dyno will throw up a new number. You go and take your car on another dyno and I will guarantee it wont read the same. Yes its called US BHP its not the same as UK as we dont measure it the same way. PS 688rwhp 800bhp ish on a stock gear box?

LOL so how the hell do you get over 600 on pump gas running 0nly 1.4 bar on Greddy TD0516G with stock engine cams etc? I have full race cams solid lifters and running Greddy TD0518g at 1.4 bar on pump gas and hitting 504.8 bhp. The 18G produce arond 50bhp more than the 16G
