  1. did you set it up properly? It shows you in the online manual the voltages it should be reading at closed/wide open throttle, check these.

they are the same, 3S-GTE i think its called. They use the 4 cyl engine because the regulations restrict the boost levels on the 6 cyl ones which means they can get better power from the 4 cyl, also they can mount it right up against the firewall to get better handling and allow space in front of the engine to put a massive intercooler in.

meguiars gold class, the best you can get without spending silly money.
  5. yeah wiggle them for a while, spray some WD40 and after you get pissed off with it just give it an allmighty pull and it will come off in your hand and you will be amazed lol :D
  6. I say if youve started then you may aswell finish it. If it does make a difference then it cant do it much good having 1 cylinder being more powerful than the others. But then im no engineer so im probably talking ass lol.
  7. this months Fast Road and Track day mag has an esprit v8 feature in it, if your interested.
  8. first one, HomieZ lol :D
  9. thats a good thing surely, being very rare gives you the extra exclusivity eh :)
  10. lol it wasnt me really, wasnt you either, thought id been busted there for a minute :p
  11. that happens to me too, now I just avoid excessivly spraying the seals and after rinsing the car, turn the pump off and spray over the dirt coming from the seals with low pressure, then dry off.
  12. lol yes, a little 'stationary acceleration' should speed up the process :D
  13. to join in with the photoshop madness, heres mine after pressing a few buttons :D edit - came out crap, ill do another :p its still crap, but here we go anyway ah, and i forgot to resize it too.
  14. looks great :)
  15. not sure, could be condensation buildup on the a/c evaporator, this shouldnt really be a problem though unless the water drain isnt draining properly. You should notice a small pool of water under the car when parking it up after having the a/c on for any length of time. Its always wet anyway these days so I guess you wouldnt notice.
  16. the a/c should cut in when you press the demist button regardless of how high the temperature is set. If its workign properly then the screen should clear in just a few seconds.
  17. lol james, love the parking spot :D
  18. yep that happened to me too, some new bolts in, adjusted it properly and now its fine. Do you also find the release lever by the seat doesnt work?
  19. 80 quid labour, thats excellent, who did it?
  20. yes, but we've known that for years ;)
