hi jeff are the gates belts okay , ive fitted a gates belt are the timing marks different on this belt , are they good quality

hey lads i got her plugged in and 02 sensor bank 2 is staying at .36v is this right seems like its stuck other sensor changes voltage :batman:

thanks lads i have new rings so i dont think its compression , it starts first turn of the key so i dont think its valve timing , how could i check ignition timing , best thing to do would be to get another car and just check all is the same :oops:

dont know as i bought it with the bearings gone , the plugs fitted are ngk the exact ones for the car platinum :rockon:

so what is the problem , mine is dido sounds class though , :tank:

how do i get her out of safety boost its boosting to near 10psi on the guage

car seems down on power like turbos are not coming in even though its showing good boost levels , from low revs the car is slow to pic up speed and revs ANY IDEAS lads and gals :taz:

Cool i built her myself from scratch , wow some amount of stripping anything i should look out for ??

how much mileage should i put on a newly built engine before i can drive her on ???:stupid:

il try and get some up this week just finishing her of it got a full rebuild so still bits and pieces to sort

where do you fit this , do you have to connect to the oil pump ?? looks like a handy tool , where does it go ??

yeah the vtc solenoid , i noticed the loom length was different as i put them in opposite sides and had to change the harness , are they okay to stay where they are ??

are the vtc units on the inlet cams intercangeble i.e can they go on both sides or will this cause problems the look the same ???

yeah it juststops when i turn the switch of , do ye still think its the motor ???

I HAVE JUST HAD MY FIRST RUN IN MY TT AND ALL SEEMS WELL EXCEPT I CANT LOWER THE FUEL PRESSURE REGULATOR BELOW 5 BAR AND IT SEEMS DOWN ON POWER , THE CAR IS BOOSTING CLOSE TO 10PSI AND I CAN HEAR THEM BOOSTING BUT THE POWER IS JUST NOT THEIR , I ALSO THINK ITS JUST A STANDARD NISSAN ECU , IT WAS AN AUTO PREVIOUS WOULD THIS MAKE A DIFFERENCE ALL HELP GREATLY APPRECIATED:confused:
