Hi,the car cant fail its mot for being too low unless any suspension component is fouling another part of the vehicle e.g. wheel fouling inner arch on full lock or during bounce check of shock absorbers (again wheels hitting arches) i have been testing for 12 yrs and never failed a car for being too low!! is there such a thing as too low?? lol

I tried this at my local bp garage and by the time i had worked it out the pressure req`d i was gonna get lynched by some unhappy motorists!!:rofl:

The loom was long enough i just had to take the fuse box apart feed the loom through and rebuild the box again and also splice the loom and extend the aircon clutch wiring not too bad a job just had to mark the relays etc...so i didnt mix them up.

Hi have moved my main fuse box under the nearside headlamp panel behind the bumper it is sealed from water from above and below only problem is if i have to change a fuse it will be slightly awkward but hey its a zed!:rofl:

have you possibly twisted the flexi hoses on re-assembly? also if the abs light is on you might have stretched an abs sensor cable which may have damaged it internally. the hard pedal sounds like lack of servo assistance...strange one, good luck

I hope this clarifies the lighting question 4. A front position lamp or rear position lamp a. incomplete, not in good working order or not clean, i.e. damaged or deteriorated, or not visible from a reasonable distance these are reason for rejection for an mot test hope this helps and after seeing this thread im tempted totry this myself!

breakers yard i deal with has a 94 na manual with rear end damage getting it dropped off tmoro,once i get all the goodies from it give him the shell back and then the saga can continue:rolleyes:

Got the zed out for its first run after engine rebuild,3 tours of the car park and bang! the gearbox disintegrated :mad: :headvswal time for a manual conversion me thinks. gutted.

Hi all,got my zed a couple of weeks ago,bought it on ebay from a guy in fife who has two more! not for sale though. just waiting for engine bits from z1 motorsports (cambelt snapped :( cant wait to get her on the road!! has anyone any info on my car H206BAL? im gonna subscribe next week might even make the nurburgring!!
