  1. yeah i do that now , im getting this parking sensor for it http://www.parkingdynamics.co.uk/ you can run it along the inside of the front bumber , that should do the trick
  2. Hang on a sec , i never put them down at all , i was happy with the deal, the touch up work i was happy with , the sitting around waiting for him to do his thing (15mins) i wasnt happy with , but im not botherd with that part, it was just how it was dealt with thats all , The blokes treated me well i would go back . despite the drive (4 Hours) i belive if i had a issues i could contact them and they would assist , i think this thread has gone a little out of hand , due to version.
  3. cheers buddy , not many guys like the bumber but i think it nice and suits the car, the worse bit is the car is about 2 inchs of the floor , and on uk roads is a fooking nightmare , the best way to describe it is when you park face on to a curb the front bumber sits about half way up the curb, it took me many attempts to learn to park it with out damaging it, its a royal pain in the arse and small dips in the road = scrape , and everytime i do that my face is similar to this
  4. with all due respect, i never got any type of lets say pressure selling or anything like that, they seemed like resonable people. it was odd for the guy to do his thing when 5k was being traded, i expected is full attention, The bit being sprayed was a small piece of the pass side rear botttom bumber, if you look close enough on there pics you would see were the work was needed (pic below) it all had brown papper over it when i went to get it. as for version-r i havnt quite suzed the guy out yet but hey we all getting use to his reply's now surly.
  5. the blue one had bits missing on the dash board , and looked untidy , and the red one well its red, and the paintwork on the red was quite not up to my standed but ive only ever liked black cars, i think most cars look better in black,
  6. apperantly he was trying to secure a loan for the car but struggling, im not overly sure all the ins and out its was bad enough trying to understand the blokes. and like halfway though sorting things out he vanished into his office and started praying on his little mat, now thats odd . me and the missus was like were the fuk has he gone.
  7. version , i brought the car 3 weeks ago , i put the work in to shinning it up etc. WRC didnt do anything to it , when i pick it up belive it or not there were re spraying the rear bumber and left that white compound crap all over it. I was lucky to get it to be honest a guy already put a deposit on the car and because i had the money there and then he fooked the other guy off. I drove from great yarmouth all the way up north to pick her up and she was worth the money
  8. FRP is stronger than normal, but to be honest you wouldnt notice much in it , what is it for etc

  14. that gonna be hard to find jap/or uk dials for the 1996 version then surely , the reason why i asked it that most things you get will fall invbetween 1990 and 1996
  15. the odd you say that about your breaks , you have aftermarket break discs on them , maybe they anit that great or ya pads of ****
  16. i wouldnt recomend towing, but each to there own , if its on a A frame you wont have any issues
  17. same as , i dont under stand why the pratt didnt have locking nuts on them , even if he had them there must have been a fair bit of noise to get them off
  18. i can get some 1994 , will they be ok in my 1996
  19. i will be at the end of the month, it just finding funds at the mo, surely advice doesnt cost
  20. if i can get a UK set of dials, and i put them in to my car will it start to count in miles other than kph , and if i convert the kph (what on there at the moment) in to miles and adjust the new odemeter will it die the counters. ? also Im guessing that all the dials for these cars are universal as in they can be taken out of one and stright into anohter with out having to do anything to them, obs you wont be able to put a dial with the gauge under the kph dial into a car that hasnt got a gauge under the kph dial (i dont know what that gauge is called as i dont have one)
  21. mine is the 1996 version ,, so the dial in my car havnt got the gauge under the speedo
