Difficulty removing downpies for de-cats
Hello peeps, any advice on the following matter would be greatly appreciated :dance: I have bought a set of de-cats & down pipe things, got a mech round today to fit them. He's removed the cats no problem but says he can't remove the down pipes without lowering or moving out the gearbox. Is there a special technique to this or is he just not trying hard enough :slap: :p He's not working on a ramp so cant get 'box out enough to finish the job & i'm a bit gutted 'cos i wanted to take it for a hoon tonight :cry: :cry: p.s it's a Twin Turbo if it makes any difference. Have you tried a creatine supplement, dont know much about it myself but taken after a work out it is meant to be vey effective at building muscle. Do a Google search on it HTH!! :p

Thanks for your thoughts Matt, had new oil & fuel filter 3 months ago. I've had her since October on & off (had re-con gearbox & diff from Bonsai cars under warranty) also was running rough throughout rev range in December but that was due to cambelt slip which was sorted. Could it be fuel starvation??

First off, Just a quick hello to all as this is my first proper thread. Anyways, I have a J-spec TT manual '94, lovely car & shedloads faster than my old Pulsar GTi-R until this morning :( :headvswal :headvswal Heres the problem, the car runs absolutely fine up to 2500rpm, then feels rough as a badger arse, boost pressure looks fine at idle no warning lights on. Only thing I have noticed is that fuel pump is buzzing almost constantly, had same noise on Pulsar pump prior to it dying.The Zed is standard aside a Blitz SUS. Thanking you all in advance, Chris.
