hi all i think it's about time to upgrade my pc. bought this 1 back in 98. so it's abit behind the time's. I'm really after a laptop as this thing takes up far to much room. i dont use it a lot really only for the internet. but living in the back of beyond and then abit further still, broad band aint around here yet and my ave connection speed is 36000. fook me just check it and it's at 49333 never had that before :bow: so can anyone recomend a good ave price laptop which would suit my needs thanks :bow: graeme

for those who know me i am not the sort to just put up some sh1t like this to take the piss. this was taken and printed off our internal mail system and i posted it on here to warn peolpe of what is going on out there. on checking the e-mail at the station it actually came from the Cheshire Retained fire union. so on that 1 im sorry. but i have no reason to disbelive the content of the e-mail. thanks to those who anit slagged me for this. graeme

We have just had this sent by internal mail from Cheshire fire & rescue. For your information a couple of weeks ago, in the Odeon cinema, Festive Park, a person sat on something sharp in one of the seats. When she stood up to see what it was, a needle was found poking though the seat with a note attached saying "YOU HAVE BEEN INFECTED WITH HIV" The centre for disease control in Birmingham, reports similer events have taken place in several other cities recently. All of the needles tested HAVE BEEN FOUND TO BE POSITIVE FOR HIV. The CDC also reports that needles have been found in coin return areas of pay phones and coke machines. Everyone is asked to use extreme caution when confronted wiht these types of situations. All public chairs should be thoroughly but safely inspected prior to any use. A thorough visual inspection is considered the bare minimum. Further more, they ask that everyone notify thier family members and friends of the potential dangers, as well please pass this on to as many people as possible. graeme

next friday im goin to meet the g'friend from liverpool airport. but her car is already up there so i was going to travel up on the trian. but the trian dont go right to the airport. so i can get a trian to Runcron 7 miles away then bus from there. just been on muilti-map and can't find the train station or bus station on it. i can catch the bus at high st bus station. can anyone tell me where these places are so i can check on the map. thanks in advance :bow: graeme
