yes looked in to that a couple of years ago and was easier then the 2wd conversion, same principals!! however, who ever has done it i think all in all 4 different cars were built in different parts of the world had the same issue, which was when you hit a corner hard at high speed the zed would dipp to a side making the car very uneven and out of balance which was proven to be pretty dangerous. I spoke to the guy who did it in Austrailia, he was happy with the car on the straight but on bends it was a little wavy and on that bombshell I abandoned that project!! Good News tho some guy in Dubai just finished a Zed project with a skyline R35 engine the whole project thread is on the dubai forum i'll put up on here if I can!!!

Hi People, list of parts you need for the conversion 1. Engine with Turbos 2. GTR Bell Housing 3. Complete Gtr Loom 4. Custom Mounts (which I can make) 5. GTR 2WD Sump 6. Honda Civic Radiator 7. Honda Civic Power Steering Reservoir 8. GTR Fuel Filter 9. GTR Intercooler 10. Custom Intercooler Piping 12. GTR ECU 13. Custom Front Cradel (which I can make) 14. GTR Rear Diff Thats just about it!!! If you can provide all the above I'll Charge £2500 for the whole conversion and you can drive the car away. The aim of this car was never to compete against cars you mentioned it is what it is!!! you will only know what am talking about if you owned a 650bhp skyline pretty much eat anything on the road!! that was my purpose when I bought this and started to work on it!! my mates own a garllado, a DB9, and one them own the new maserati ....... and the look the give me is priceless when I shoot past em at 150 mph making em feel as if they standing still!!! nuff said!!!!!:yes:

we did this conversion like 7 years ago after getting fed up of blowing the VG engines!! there was an absoulte awesome response to the car with great torque range!! I can do this conversion if anyones interested or tell em exactly how its done!!! took me 4 days in all to complete!!!:cool3:

This is my R33 GTR Lemans Ltd Editon V Spec they only made 98 of these and only about 7 in this country I might be wrong but does this car look dated to you............... [/img] [/img]

To be honest mate, they both as bad as each other on a long drive!! just had my gtr tuned and mapped again it made 630 bhp atw and sounds like a fighter jet so really cant comment on long journeys!! what I can suggest tho is what am doing at the momment putting a gtr engine in a zed my mate as just completed the project and has best of both worlds!!!!!!

I've got both mate, and I would never sell the gtr!! you can tweek the gtr and spend less then £500 to get to 400bhp where the zed would expect a lot more, I also hated the gtr interior but had it all done up for £1000 now its a lot more comfortable!! Also the torque range on a straight six compare to a v6 is amazing and I would definately say that the gtr is a lot more reliable than the zed by far aswell !!!!!! On the whole due to the pedigree of both cars I could never sell em no matter what GUD LUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've been to Canada and I believe thats a pretty reasonable price for what you getting! Zeds are still worth quiet a bit of money up there!! It seems that only in England you can buy em so cheap!!

Hi Vodkashots, I really like this kit and always wanted one!! I have a mate who makes bodykits and can make a mould out of anything fibreglass, how does this sound..... if we could get enough members to chip in and buy this kit (say 6 people at £500 each) and then get my mate to mould it, he will then charge us say £300 for each kit (already spoke to him) for ourselves and then he keeps the mould for himself to trade with! That way all 6 people get a 3k kit for under a grand Just a thought!!!!
