Your word means nothing and as such I wont accept it. No you will not be getting your deposit back off me as you have failed to meet all the criteria of the auction listing. IF you feel that this is an injustice feel free to taje me to the small claims court where I will rigerously defend in my home court of Darlington. Im sure it will be of interest to the Court the paperwork I have ammassed. I will no longer be answering any more of your emails other than from your legal representative. I just told her that i will be collecting on Tuesday and asked her about rust or smoke so i can get an idea of work it'll be needing. Heres the responce!? Ian you are missing the point entirely. I have no problem what so ever with people asking questions about a potential purchase, which is why I ststed I was happy to arrange viewings, test drives, and/or independant surveys on the car. HOWEVER all of these should have taken place BEFORE any offer was made. I have not misdescribed the car. For the record, the car is not rusty and does not smoke at any time. It is a stunning car and was sold by a 300zx specialist for £3,500 ono with a full 12 month gaurentee as he had such faith in the car. Sadly you will never get the chance to appreciate the car for yourself as you have wasted enough of my time already.

She's just emailed me asking for a further £100 to hold the car until Thursday! And has got sh!!ty when i asked her about if the car has any rust!? For christ sake!!!!!!

Oh mate, I'm sorry to hear that. I know what you're saying, I'm obviously not expecting a showroom condition car. I'm pretty handy at bodywork and interior trimming so as long as i can find something mechanically sound I'd be happy. I think i may go for a N/A to avoid future turbo bills. Just a thought.

P@SSED OFF! The person selling it, has decided to take my deposit and after agreeing that i could collect 'next week' wants it gone by Tuesday afternoon. Well i'm on shift from Tuesday morning and cant get to bank to get cash out and get to Darlington at the same time. So bang goes £200. I hope the @rshole believes in karma! So everyone, after researching this car, i really fancy a z now. How likely is it that i find one in a decent condition with the £2k i have left?? And stuff ebay! Regards Angry of Woking

Oh i see, i suppose it would be a real shame then to remove my cars spoiler, its the only one i've found that isnt bubbling or pealing. So the next question is can i add an additional high rear spoiler without removing the lower one?? Cheers

Hi, I'm just wondering, has anyone removed the standard rear 'foam rubber' type spoiler? How much damage did it do to the boot lid. And how difficult was it to fit a hoop type spoiler. Cheers Ian

Oh trust me i know about running this type of car. Muggins here took his TT GTO to a main dealer to have the clutch and flywheel done. £2000 later divorced and homeless! I drove my car away. Only to be quoted £700 by an independent specialist. Still, at this point in just praying it gets me home. lol Cheers Ian

Well its confirmed, I'm heading up to Darlington on Monday to collect my new Z. If anyone has looked at the auction, could you just let me know. Is this price a kind of 'too good to be true' price. Or am i just being paranoid. I really could do without a money pit. Obviously i can afford to run it, but i'm reading threads about blown turbos and such and getting a little worried now! Cheers Ian

yeah I've been in touch with them, and although they were looking for the records when i spoke to them, they said that two of the pictures on the auction are actually their photos. Only thing i'm worried about is short MOT. Picking up next week. Will put it straight in.
