With the amout of pics you take si, there must have been something you could take pics with, you should have taken a pic of scratch and paint on his bike. Write down the reg plate. Every insurance T&C's states not to admit liability to a crash, so technically he did nothing wrong. If you took pics of his bike it would have shown he had no l-Plates. finally draw a diagram on what happened. Ask for his insurance details, name address etc. If you worried call the plod. If he has gone home and called the police before you, you could be done for leaving the scene of an accident if you have reported nothing, your company probally has a policy to report the accident to them stright away. Riding a scooter doen not make him a chav.

Remember this is the top of the range GLXi guys n galls so i get uprated cloth on seats, front fogs, Spoilers front and rear, Alloys and a sunroof. All for 200 quid with 9 months MOT and TAX. Bargain lol, well cheaper than the bus anyway.
