  1. well the notice wasnt much so dont worry murt.
  2. its me im stalking your family LOL
  3. Which cost effective clutch would you reccomend
  4. these manuals are rubbish. I drive my manual around pretty carefully and the clutch goes. The fast Rd auto was abused to hell and back, then went to speedfreak who did the same and it never missed a beat.
  5. As far as i am aware its new stock clutch and im running 13psi boost. Non standing starts and no burnouts and its really only lasted 1000 miles.
  6. Would it most likely need adjusting or replacing.
  7. No Smells, the rev counter does rise quick and basically nothing happens. Be annoyed if its the clutch as the car has only done about 800-1,000 miles.
  8. Though I'd bring this up again as its annoying me. Allthough number one probles has not re arised. The 2nd problem is getting annoying and even a tad dangerous as overtaking can be a gamble. Basically i seems on full boost at Medium to high revs the car revs incread but there is no power going to the wheels. The boost guage shows nothing wrong, just seems the engine is producing the power but sending it to outer space rather than the wheels.
  9. Anyone taken these? Whats your experiences. I am on day 10 of the programme and today is my first with 0 cigerettes (so far), I still have pretty bad craving for them, which i though the drug was supposed to get rid of. Side Effects are weird as I had different ones on different days but there copeable.
  10. would go and have a look to double check but its gone dark. i know which ones they are on yours its just hard to explain lol
  11. IIRC the pipe on the passenger side drops down and then goes to the back of your engine lower down, its the one i pointed out to you. I sounds like you have the right one on the drivers side though, they are under the inner of the main intake pipes towards the rad.
  12. Just bring it round and look how mine is connected. Just need some tubing, a couple of 2 way connectors and a couple of 3 way connectors. Hare you installing a Boost guage at the same time? What chip are you running or are you going to increase the boost on the std ecu chipset?
  13. Gemballa is a company based in Leonberg near Stuttgart, Germany, which was founded by, and named after, Uwe Gemballa in 1981.
  14. arnt they gembella the german alloy company
  15. The one you disconnect to adjust the throttle. its basically just behind the throttle adjustment screw
  16. I though if the revs dropped on idle it was a sign of a air leak somewhere.
  17. So are you planning Burnham Saturday and this meet on Sunday PJ?
  18. Can you get uprated shocks and springs with no drop in height? I hit speed bumps aleady with my front bumper.
  19. ohh u mean change the dat not the time PJ lol. im happy for it to change if it suits the majority
  20. sounds fine PJ, there has been no time set for the pub meet. if its later then the pub wont be so busy anyway. Just get some good pics people as i need a really good one with as many zeds in, with a nice backdrop.
  21. Only thing i noticed with it off, is that if you stop pretty quick the car stalls
  22. For some reason my TPS has gone a tad potty. Basically when i went out for a drive, first time i stopped the idle went to 2.5k and wouldnt come down. So I went back and though I test the TPS and got a reading of 0.41. Moved it around and the reading didnt change, not did the idle. So i disconnected the yellow plug at the back of the engine, so I could set idle. When i disconnected it the idle dropped to about 950rpm and If i reconnect it goes back upto 2,500 rpm. So left it off. What the bad point in leaving that yellow connector off? What do I need to do to get my idle back normal wiht it plugged back on?
  23. After PJ nicely sent me a hose. I was able to trim it slightly and replce my broken one (one I emptied the bits out that were stuck in it LOL). Also managed to sort out the broken wire (though havent done an ecu check to confirm). One thing i have noticed that my notchy gearchange has now dissapeared. Dont know if it was due to disconnecting and reconecting various hoses to get to the offending leaking water ones, or of the one i replaced on the balance bar was something to do with the clutch.
  24. No they are not there are quite a few in the SW now. At least 4 IIRC.
