Im sure the owners are liable as well if its a cat, but only if its been ID chipped. I know when some mad woman kidknapped my cat, the police said if it wasnt chipped then she could keep it. Luckily my Cats are Chipped, Insured, on Varous data bases so mad woman was forced to give it back. If the owner of the dog (back to subject) has Pet insurance then it will cover your damages mate.

Just noticed my MOT is due at the end of April, and Im not too confident of her passing. Got a few jobs that need doing , including sorting out the Fog Lamp and cure the smoking at idle. Anybody car pass the MOT when it smokes at idle?

HICAS is speed sensitive and so is you power steering, so if you car doesnt know how fast its going the HICAS and PAS dont work properly.

Anybody timed what the 300zx does 0-60 on this game. Havent got round to doing it yet, but on gt3 it was about 6 and a half seconds. crap
