I love it, I'm always singing it's praises. Just give yer sponge a good wash after each use, and ALWAYS use the genuine Flash shamppo (it won't work with cheaper stuff;))

A classic Mini Cooper (not the new german rubbish) - Eternally cool, great fun to drive/own and MEGA cheap :) We had an old one that I restored and modified, and we absolutely loved it, but had to get something 'practical' when I got the Z. If (and it's a very big IF) I ever get rid of the Z for a bigger car - probably a Skyline - we will definitely have another classic Mini.

I KNEW that would get mentioned eventually :slap: I was referring to Zed's - obviously :wack:

No doubt you had a very nice looking Z... ...but you are going to have an absolute MOTHER of a machine, from the pics I've seen mate.

99 spec, no messin' I cannot stand round lights on a Zed, ruins the whole look of the ar5e. All in my humble opinion, of course ;)

And GOD, was I nervous!!! A situation arose where I needed our Astra for boot space, and she had an appointment to get to - and our only option was for her to take the Z - which she has never driven before :eek: . Now, before you all start, I know it's not the fastest thing in the world (stock NA) but our Astra, her daily car, is a really weedy 1.4 that couldn't pull the skin off a rice pudding with very loose skin!! Plus, with the roads being as greasy as they are, even I'd been VERY careful in it all morning. Well, she couldn't work my new stereo, and had to ring me as it wouldn't start in town (immobiliser). Plus, now my seat is all fooked up - bolt upright and right up to the wheel, LOL! Anyway - all was well in the end, no mishaps and nothing to worry about - but does anyone else get this nervous when someone else drives their Z?

Sad news indeed :( I loved that car when I had it :cry:, such a shame about the loss. Oh well, at least no-one was hurt, that's the most important thing. Are the wheels intact? They were IMMACULATE!

And it don't last that long either :( I get through shed loads of it, but I love cleaning my car so I don't care :tongue:
