  1. Ah right, well I have everything barring the pedal then.
  2. Its bolted to the back of a 300ZX engine just now and has the stick attached, cant think of any other bots you woul dneed to be honest? So there is a market out there then, I wonder their value then?
  3. Hi All, I am in two minds at the moment regarding my ZX Anglia. One of my options is to remove the engine and either sell the rolling shell or possibly keep it and go old school with an easier motor. If I decide to split the car from how it is now, what kind of price guide is there on the following bits please... 1. Full Twin Turbo Engine, including all ancillaries and Turbos 2. 5 Speed Manual Gearbox 3. Brand new TT full Wiring loom Are these bit parts easy enough to sell or these days? Any ideas or sugestions appreciated? Thanks Dave...
  4. 10mm, sheer luxury!! Its going to be interesting!
  5. At the time they did not have the rear calipers type approved so I ended up just fitting Cosworth rears. but I must have had these front ones for 8 years now... They certainly do the job!!
  6. Cheers Steve. Nice brakes by the way, I got the same ones when Hi-Spec first started out, nice bit of kit!
  7. Why thank you. I have promised that the Mk2 will be on the road for summer. Its all insured, just needs finishing off and an MOT then here I come...
  8. I am at work once again... not long now!
  9. Top dancing in the signature by the way!!
  10. Are they just like any other normal master cylinder? Could you not just retro fit one? I would not fancy doing a temp repair on such an item myself?? Unless I am barking up the wrong tree here? Have you a picture of the bit you mean?
  11. Yes mate thats the sort of idea I was having. Like the four into one set up on a motorbike (yep, into them as well), or where a N/A manifold merges into one pipe. Exactly that. So if it works for you I shoul dbe fine, which ever way I end up going. Sorted! How does one of these V6 lumps sound on full rumble by the way? I bet its nice! I am lucky enough to have a neighbour that likes loud cars, bless her!!
  12. I have also had this old shed of a project for over 10 years now... Yep, sorry. I am just showing off now... I will get my coat...
  13. I hope your Mother is not a reader of this site by the way!! ;) Which Mk2 Cossie did you mean? I have had three of them. Sold the Yellow and Oramge ones now though. But still have my long serving money pit! As you can see, my current Mk2 is still to finish, but its getting there. In no particular order of build... You get the idea??? Cheers
  14. It was owned by a lad called Darran, he actually painted my Blue Mk2 many years ago. Its been painted again since then though, and underneath twice! Oh, and its not even been on the road yet!! Pictures you say, let me look see...
  15. Have you got a shot of the whole prop, each one side by side? I am not used to hese cars so cant comment, but that looks to be the wrong end??
  16. An ugly one this time... I never kept that car for long. Its also never been seen since I sold it?? Has anyne spotted my perversion for taking pictures of exhausts yet! LOL... I am starting to worry myself that I have so many of them. Weirdo!!
  17. No mate, its just my hobby. I have worked hard all my life and its what I do for fun. Well, that and drink beer of course! I also used to buy project cars, spend time and money on them and sell on for profit to fund the next car. My only problem is I get attached to some of them... doh! Cheers
  18. And if you promise not to tell anyone I will show you my shiney stainless pipes, what a tart eh...? They look nowt but cost me a packet to have made... Propper old school there! Cheers
  19. I loved these pipes... That was one of the cars I sold cheap to a mate because of circumstances at the time, then he flogged it on later and made a profit!! I should have just stuck it in a shed some place... DOH!!
  20. Dunk, I was hoping to be getting over 400 with the standard turbos to be honest. Perhaps the elusive 500 is just a pipe dream, and beer talk. It could actually prove to be the cars downfall if it has too much power? No point just sitting there with the wheels spinning! The Red Anglia has just over 240 hp and thats plenty. Its a handful as it is!! Would a T3 turbo easily bolt up then?? These are ten a penny to get hold of. Willie, I will be lagging all the pipes mate. Not sure that over the box way is the best route to follow. Possibly a lot of fabrication for nowt? Simple side exit pipes may be the future?? Wanna see some mad exhausts from an old project of mine...? Giz a mo...
  21. Nah. Its a laugh! best thing is the red one does not even have a lsd fitted. You are just along for the ride, the car is in control. Still a right laugh tho! Its what its all about fella. Shiney stuff and polishing are for parking in a field. Cars are for driving!! Mind you, I am talking she-ite here. I have had this project on the go for 7 years now... I am really drifting off topic now, sorry mods! ;)
  22. Well I am stuck at work, and was for Crimbo to. I dont get home until the 6th of Jan. So I will be doing nowt!! By the way, I dont even like new year so am not bothered to be missing it. I dont need an excuse to go out and it does my head in to see part time party people that you never see all year clogging up the bar! Bah-humbug!!! It also does my head when peole say..."Eee, I havnt seen you in ages."... Thats because they only go out once a year!! Tw@ts! I think I belong up on the Balcony on the Muppets me!! ;)
  23. And just for those interested... Sorry if I went off topic, how strict are we in here???
  24. Phil, not been to Norwich in ages mate. Also no blue smoke out of the back of mine fella. But it does make a few peopel look in horror as I fly away from them. I had a play three weeks ago with two suited hoo-rahs in a 08 plate BMW, what a laugh to leave them in their £40K car in a 43 year old Noddy car made up in a garage!! Did it look like this at all... Wheel spin in 3rd on the rollers, still makes me laugh!! Dunk, going twin turbo mate. Also as little silencer as possible! I will just make new down pipes by the way, not sure yet what the connector is like but should be easy enough to buy the right type and size? Probably go for 3" right through also?? Cheers...
