Sorry, cant offer any usefull info, but was just wondering if anyone has seen the DVD- Ghostrider II ? Pretty awsome stuff and he has a cam mounted in a superb place which is down low giving a view of the rear tyre and has one on the front as well and shows the front and rear split screen on the footage. The best bit is when he takes this turbocharged bike out (cant remember what its called) and he wheelies past his mate doing about 170+mph! ...oh and all the bits where he gets the police to chase him. He does a burnout outside the cop-shop to get them in chase :bow: If you aint seen it try and get hold of a copy

Luckily it was only a 20 minute drive from there to the pub. Needless to say I didnt give them a lift home.

I've had six people in my zed which included 2 people who are over 6' and one who was very large. I was driving with my chin on the steering wheel, with them all screaming at me. :nono:

I've just emailed my pal who took the shot to tell him the zed detectives have traced it from Reading all the way to Scotland. I'm sure he'll be thinking that we all have too much time on our hands :)

Surely you should know that Steve-o, its a zed that's drunk too much optimax with a quick shot of nitrous :p Have you managed to get the kit rigged up on the mondeo yet?

I am now singing all the way to the bank :dance: Carol Nash- Classic policy- 5k miles- £267 woohoo! Can afford a few :duffer: :duffer: now! Only problem is if I have to go back out to work and start commuting, I will soon hit that 5k barrier. (then it'll be Misses in the Zed for the school runs and me in the red Mazda :hurl: )

I've just posted my findings on the Houghtons forum. Their quotations seem to be all over the show. One minute someone gets quoted aroun £260 and them someone similar gets quoted over £500?? Currently best quote with direct line £420 for 35yr old 3 points 5 years no cliams. Think I'll try Carol Nash as some of you guys seemed to have had fair quotes.

I took my standard TT to Wales and back the other day on 3/4 of tank of Optimax- about 250 mile round trip. Average 70MPH, now that cant be bad!!

Head banging red plonk for me. I've been weened off the the wife beat'r (I mean Stella) But cant shift that dam pop belly. Maybe spritzer 4 me too :eek:

Its down to you bud, but personally I wouldnt ditch the zed for that. It looks a bit old hat now what with all the latest mercs out there. The good thing with the zed is that although it is ancient, it still looks a million dollars, pulls the birds quite easily and it does not come with hub caps ;) If you fancy a big comfy car, spend under a grand and you can get an almost mint old Jag XJ6 as a 2nd car and keep the zed :smash:

It looks like some Chav has done a max power special with those front lights. Yuck. But if it does 0-60 in 4, I wouldnt say no.

My missis is cool with it mainly cause 5 nights a week I am doing stuff for her web business. I get two nights off a week, one to surf for porn and the other to surf 300zx. Once a year we go to the Beefeater! :rofl:
