  1. oops, seen link now. Missed it due to the influence of carling. £100 or less has to be a bargian. Its parts like these that really boost the appearence of these cars.
  2. i need them, broke the one above the battery. Any rough idea of price?
  3. Ive just started using our lasses car for work cos the zed is so heavy on petrol. I get less than 10mpg cos of all the speed humps on my way to work, Im not too bothered its just a shame I cant drive her every day

  7. Right lets see if we can get a few of us together for a pint and a look at each others Zed's. Sunday 15th of feb. We can meet at the old post office pub. Its at the bottom of the slip road at jct 38 of the M1. I will be there for 14.30 then we could have a drive out for lunch somewhere. There are plenty of good roads near by to blow the winter cobwebs off. You dont have to own a zed to come. Put your name down if you want to come, hopefully see you there, Tez 1. twinturbotez 2. 3.
  8. ey up mate, nice looking doors.
  9. near white rose last week. Our lass saw it day after i was telling her how lucky she was that we have a zed cos you never see any.
  10. I think its for the EGR. Im pretty sure its fine to remove, this is done in the quest for reducing weight. Im sure the others will have more info.
  11. Try these, They specialise in jap imports "simply motor insurance 0800 6129376". just got £500 off my renewal. I now pay £570 fully comp with protected no claims, they beat AA by £200 on our lasses clio as well. Defo worth a try.
  12. wish i had listened.
  13. I like the outside, im not usually a fan of modded cars.
  14. That was an easy fix, can i have some of those please.
  15. BHP per Tonne is the figure to look at.
  16. Hi, there is a regular car meet at the old post office pub, just off jct 38 of the M1. This takes place every sunday evening. As it is pretty central for most people in our region it seems like a good place to get a regular meet started for our group. Let me know if you would want to come to something like this, either PM me or leave comments on this thread.
  17. Thrash the vibration out of it, Loads of RPM cures everything LOL
  18. have a big poo, that could be an extra 2 pounds, bout the same saving as a perspex side window but free
  19. Mine too, sounds horrible if i close door with the window down but fine with window up. Perhaps I should sort it before the window falls out
  20. I used to have a 98 sri 2.0 and she never missed a beat. Every thing worked and she had 150000 miles. Back end let go a few times without warning though.
  21. Hi Mario, thanks mate.
  22. :D Hi every one, I want to introduce myself as I have taken the job as our regional events organiser. My name is Tez, I live in Huddersfield and am a petrol head through and through. I would like to try and get a regular meet going on for our region so if you could put your name and where you live on the members list this would be a good start. I could do with some feedback as to what people would like to do, ie car park meet or afternoon at a pub for instance:duffer:. Any way lets see if we can get things rolling as it seems to have been a bit quiet in this region.
  23. There is a 2kg weight fastened to the inside of the boot, behind the plastic trim. Dont know what its for but i took mine off. Also i dont think the carbon bonnet is much lighter than the standard one but stand to be corrected on that one.
