got my car back for the weekend now. is lovely and very quick. going back to the garage next week for some little bits to be done. anyone notice what things have changed while its been away :cool:?

found out today that the new discs are warped badly so backto standard breaks for now but at leat my wheels now fit. i still want the studs though :)

no problem. who is going to do the turbos for you as D2 will do them at a very competative price and the quality and service there is second to none. are the dealer putting money towards fixing the problem or are they taking the car off you for a while and getting it fixed?

my car has just had new HUGE discs fitted and when i went to fit my new wheels WITH 6MM spacers they would not fit so i now need to get some 8mm spacers and extra long wheel studs:cry:

i didnt paint it. was like it when i got it.

went there and looked at the black tt manual that is up for 4k. it was tapety and abit crappy all round tbh

taking the engine out will be annoying as endless amounts of brittle conectors will end up breaking :(

there is a metal guard under the prop. it could just be that rubbing.

just check everything even if a part is not causing that particular problem you could find it needs replacing.

maybe at a later date mate but atm i just want to get the car back and enjoy it for a while.

call the dealer and explain the situation and work it out from there. they cannot refuse to help you.

mate if you have had the car less than 3 months you can go back to the dealer as all dealers whether they say so or not have no choice but to offer a 3 month warranty. it is the law. so you should be able to take it back to wrc and they will have to sort it for you.

hi mate. as zedworld is a bit far i would recommend you go to D2 in kent. darren who is the zed specialist there is in my opinion the best zed specialist in the country and the only person i would let work on my zed. he has been working on them sice they where new and knows them inside out. he has worked and will work on all zeds from standard to highly modified. give me your email adress and i will send you his contact details.

its my red zed and was originally pearl yellow lol

still at the garage but this is what it looks like so far. needs a clean but will look good when polished up. :D
