  1. i,m going,,, going with a club called rev-illusion, going in convoy at 5am. bugger i,m gonna be tired, but i,m up for a drag up the strip..?
  2. the garage i use does them easy with the engine in, and less chance of disturbing things you don,t need to,,, i use D2 in strood in kent,,, top zed specialist, he's worked on them since they were first out,.
  3. there is no best offset overall, it depends on the width of the wheel and tyre too, i like an agressive stance so i would say a 9.5j et25 with a 245 would be nice on the rear but you'd need to roll the inner lip and an 8.5j et10 with a 225 on the front. im currently running a 9.5j et35 with a 25mm spacer on the rear with a 265 tyre but i have flared rear arches and a 8.5j et35 with a 25mm spacer on the front with a 235 tyre, no real archwork needed but it does rub on the arch liners on lock.
  4. just what your average red zed looks like after a few years in the sun
  5. de-catting does no damage whatsoever, it will just highlight a problem with the turbo seals if they are already going but will not cause the problem in the first place
  6. the 300's standard filter is very restrictive, definately worth going for a cone or mushroom filter.

steve does not use an aftermarket ecu, he solders a nistune daughterboard into your stock ecu which makes it fully reprogramable, this is 100% as good as it gets as far as mapping goes without using a full aem or similar setup. my car has been mapped by steve and on standard injectors, turbos and internals made 437bhp.
  8. nice, ive got a set of those wheels for my 200, let me know if yours are going for a good price :)
  9. regarding offset, for example if you had a wheel with an offset of +25 and fitted the 25mm spacers, it would make the overall offset 0.
  10. went there and had a good day, although my son did have a little nudge with a skyline at the end of the day. coolq where were you? we took the tyres up...
  11. happy birthday mate, have a good one.
  12. i,ve got a 14 aswell,,, but still got my zed, the 14 is for drifting and is great fun, but when i get back in my zed its pure perfection.... so weld ya diff come to norfolk arena this saturday and have some fun.
  13. sorry to hear that,,, get well soon mate.
  14. £0 :thumbup1:
  15. ive got a pair of michelin 265/35/18's ( loads of tread) that you can drift on mate
  16. also there is a tyre van there that will supply tyres for 2.50 each (most are legal) and they can fit for £5.
  17. no mate, i have a 200 that i use for drifting, this is a picture of my son drifting last month and a video of him in his old N/A 200, this was about 6 months ago. as you can see, theres nothing to hit so you wont do any damage unless you push tyres past the limit like in the video but thats only because we went out after they had begun delaminating. i may take my zed up there sometime this year so it would be great to get some up there this month.
  18. we will be there
  19. yup, its mainly my son on there though , yes we will both be drifting at norfolk arena on the 12th
