  1. Oops.. sorry for the double post (now triple post)
  2. OK no worries. Cheers :)
  3. Just a bit south west for me, i was hoping for something up nearer the Bury end of Manchester. Not to worry, I will keep you mind if my travels take me more southern. Good look with your search, with the money you have you must be looking at 1995 on. :cool3: Fair enough. Cheers anyway
  4. Just spotted this: http://www.pistonheads.com/sales/1675502.htm Want!
  5. Forgot to mention too - cheers for the link, but I won't be looking at any until I get back from Holiday in July
  6. Yeh - I hear the RX-8 is fairly temperamental. I'm not after a barge when I say comfortable.. I'm used to stripped Renault 5 GT Turbo's, so quite a lot is comfortable compared to these. More just something with air con, leather, etc.
  7. i can convince you in mine, where about in manchester are you? :tt2: Sale :)
  8. It has to be a UK car.. imports are twice as expensive for me to insure (for some reason), and whilst I could get an import and spend the leftover on insurance, it would be dead money. If I spent the extra on getting a tidy example, at least the money would still be there when I come to sell up (I would say these cars are well past depreciation). Sir Charles - not so much modern.. more something comfy, but with pace. I've always liked the 300zx, and with leather, cruise control, climate control, etc, they tick a lot of the boxes :)
  9. 330ci sport, Mazda RX8, Audi S4, Audi TT to name a few.
  10. Hi all! Some of you may remember me from some time ago (particularly zx-eyes.. he took me out for a spin in his car!).. Basically, I joined up because I wanted a 300zx in the future, but I'm now in the situation where I can realistically afford one. It's on my list amongst other cars.. I'd be looking for a UK (due to insurance) 300zx twin turbo manual. I have about £5-6k to spend which I think would get me a nice one with money to spare.. Anyone fancy taking me for a spin again to sway me towards the 300zx!? :D
  11. Why would you put Ferrari badges on a Nissan? It's almost as retarded as electric superchargers with dumpvalves :headvswal
  12. Yeh, it just came across as 'dannyfiveforty' thought it actually had something to do with the wastegate. Just spreading the gift of knowledge my friend ;)
  13. Wastegate chatter is a myth. It is compressor stall. See 'Wastegate chatter myth' here for more details.
  14. No, They're not left to idle because they don't have any rad fans, so there is little cold air going through the radiator at standstill.
  15. Well, as 'Silverbullet' states, oil pressure is HIGHER when the engine is cold.
  16. Yeh, honestly.. I don't see it myself.
  17. Just out of curiosity, why do you say that leaving the car to idle from cold to warm up is one of the worst things you can do to an engine?
  18. Tis true.. You can find them on Google images.
  19. http://www.hollywoodtuna.com/images/bigimages/jessica_jane_clement_big.jpg I'm sorry, but you have to bat for the other team if you think she is ugly.
  20. You have issues :slap:
  21. Strip the car yourself, and then you will get the paint job for the same price a same colour respray. Well, that's what the condition was for my Renault that's in the bodyshop.
  22. echo... echo... echo...
  23. Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm Pie :duffer:
