isent there a kind of 300 on the first island A cross between a z at the front and a supra at the back :cool:

my noise is more between 3-4k rpm if i take my foot off the gas it goes! its not loud just annoying and sound like more to the back of the car :rolleyes:

my viscous fan was fooked but it was more of a whine than a squel new viscous noise gone :cool:

you have already reconised you have the goose honk by knowing the term of it to remove this annoying noise replace your standard recirc valves and fit some dump valves/blow off valves as marcus says this is more common when an aftermarker filter is fitted HTH

being a locksmith iv come across this sort of material its probably wood wi th a very thin sheet of metal over the top painted a upvc type colour no probs with a jigsaw :)
