  1. the mistake of the day then...dont use jet wash cant beat a good handjob :p although jet wash is good to clean wheels in between all the fiddly bits

  3. your all right to some extent but its not only the z thats loosing value. infact most zs are 12-14 years old look at skylines on a m or n reg only fetching 4-5k gtos similar even some rx-7s going between 5-6k so supras for some reason hold there value well :rolleyes: scoobys for the same year are 3-5k mr2s £50 lol so lets face it most people want a new motor! and considering finance is so easy to get- why not!!im not seling for the forseable future as there isent a sports car on the market close to the z... perfomance wise for the money infact i went out in my bosses rx-7 quick but dident feel no way as quick as my z fact :cool:

  5. just ordered lots of dvds from the states is there any way i can make my playstation 2 accept them as there not playing due to region etc if not il have to go out and buy a dvd player with multi-region :slap: thanks greg

    another problem i found was the ashtray bit as when fitted! the ashtray compartment wouldent open had to get the scalpel out :eek: :D
  14. got my car back from a certain place after a respray aerial bent in half and the petrol cap wouldent open properly :mad: after asking him 5 times did he break it he finally confessed! but he was happy for me to go off without noticing the fault :rolleyes: he payed for a new one but still have the hassle of fitting it :xxx: greg

  24. not a case of needing a new one just needs ajusting properly should read approx 0.42v with a voltmeter or cosult theres a how to on TT.net if starting from cold it isent abnormal for the car to idle between 1000-1500rpm until warmed up it should read about 800-900 rpm try cleaning the throttle bodies and resetting the ECU worked for me ;)
  25. ok first welcome :) vibration if not when brakes applied! may well be tension arm bushes not a big job! or prop shaft bearing if they say they have changed it!have they proved it :rolleyes: or check tyre pressures can play a big part in the handling/road noise of the z headlights are not the best thing on the z but can be upgraded via a wire trick and a h4 bulb which i did,or a HID upgrade at about £190 HTH greg ;) happy zed ing
