to partly answer your question most things are the same there is a differance in the automatic uk version with the oil cooler being of better quality in any case nearly everthing can be got through the helpful traders on the forum good luck with your purchase

i got a stillen short shifter and went back to standard shifter didnt get on with it at all!as vijay says mike feeney will be a good bet for replacement oem shifters bushings

Well my starter motor has just gone but i was getting a grinding type noise but if your getting a healthy noise coming from the starter then i guess its ok try doing a search im sure others have had similar problems ;)
