its about 2500 rpm then shuts down runs at about 500rpm or less while missfireing and backfireing :(

:( Need help my car does not idle properly even when warm also when in motion with foot on gas alittle it runs fine but when u hit the laughing pedal it starts to go then shuts down untill u ar running about 5 to 10 mph missfireing also backfireing jurking the car about it also says its at full boost :confused:. Checked all the coils they look and work fine also checked oil and water and all conections what i can see. But i have noticed oil around the hose coming from the turbo outlet whitch i gather is very bad but would this make my car run like this?

can u remove the heater matrix with out takeing out the whole dash as it has gone on mine , and i have bypassed it under the bonnet. also is ther any way of turning up the boost with out to much hassel just to get a quicker take off. :hyper: :hyper: :hyper: :hyper: :hyper: :bow: :bow: :bow:

:hyper: I was just wondering what the top speed is that people have had out of their zx's I met a bloke at Doncaster who told me he'd had 170mph and i was abit scepticle so couldn't resist trying my car on an open straight. I managed 173mph but had to slow down as an upcoming roundabout was rapidly getting closer! So what top speed have u had? :bow:

I have a problem with the speedo in my zx. Whilst driving the needle flicks over the 180 mark ( when i'm not doing 180 of course ) and messes with the progresive steering. N e idea's on what could be causing it to do this? And how to fix it? Cheers ;) Johnboy
