  1. You can get poly bushes for them, easy to fit as well. There used to be a fault with the early ES ones, they were to hard and didn't have enough give in them. The result was a torn mounting where the arm bolts onto the cross member. Not an issue now though.
  2. Happy dragged screaming into the world day mate :thumbup1:
  3. They can be very stiff mate, a bit of wood and hammer will get it moving.
  4. The new Trading Up show? Mike was in Japan trading motors. It gave a really good insight into car trading there and how it works. Even had a 240Z in it...briefly..
  5. and she wants a new TV :D
  6. Funny you say that mate, I asked Z32Bolt on here and he answered it.. Forum wins again!
  7. Fookin' hell, I must be i'll because I'm about to say the third thing today that I never thought I would!! That is one very nice focus :thumbup1: Damn it, where's me doctor.....
  8. Sounds good mate, I'll check them out.. That's a NO on the remote sentry gun then... Yes, fishing line across the pond does stop them. They hunt by wading so if they cant wade they do one... Problem is that line gets in the way of fishing out dead leaves or cleaning the pump etc..
  9. Get your name down mate ;) http://www.300zx.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?169256-Any-body-want-anything-from-z1
  10. I bought some bronze collets from Z1, they do away with both the bushes and the metal insert, probably last the life of the car as well. I think yewcheck is placing an order with Z1 soon. Just a thought mate. Z1 link; http://www.z1motorsports.com/product_info.php?products_id=1874 http://www.300zx.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?169256-Any-body-want-anything-from-z1
  11. I must be going mad as I think that the front steel job looks good and suits the zed.... need to lie down I think
  12. I'm sure I saw an aftermarket metal one but can't remember where, I'm thinking it might have been Z1 ?? EDIT: Just like the one keymeister just posted! lol
  13. Sounds like the little plastic gimble in the handle has broken mate, common problem and easily fixed by replacing it. The problem is they can be quite hard to get hold of as Nissan don't sell them separately from the door handle mechanism. If you take off the door card and undo the two nuts holding the handle in you will see what I mean.
  14. Have a great day bud :thumbup1:
  15. That's not a pond mate, that's a bleeding lake! lol Wish I had the garden space for one that size. My koi are both ghosties but one of them is more a blue metallic. Had them since they were an inch long and would be gutted if a heron got them. Luckily I'm pretty sure that what's left is to big for onr to eat. Suppose I should be grateful it's not an otter!
  16. United are a bunch of cocks. Sorry, Meant to say well done united :thumbup1: Damn Autocorrect...
  17. Thanks for all the replies, you've given me plenty to choose from :thumbup1: Heron's seem to have cottoned on to the plastic heron ploy. As you say ted, they just keep coming back until the pond is empty. A net across the pond is probably my only real option to stop it happening. Unless Pez can sort me out with his mate ;) lol. Sorry to hear that you lost your carp and sturgeon mate, that must have been devastating for you. I've got 2 koi one around 10lb and the other around 7lb, a 4lb Mirror, 2 little tench, one 3lb goldfish and a 20+ year old fantail Crucian carp hybrid left.
  18. that's cos your a miserable fooker
  19. Nice work Daffy :thumbup1:
  20. yep, there's no shrimping on the info you get either..
  21. sure was, should have posted it on here instead! lol 'kin 'ell mate just noticed your joke! good one
  22. Sorry but you will need to be subscribed if you want to sell on the forum. I have closed this thread as it breaches our AUP. If you subscribe to the forum it can be reopened. Steams.
  23. I love this place as not only is it a wealth of information on the Z32 it is also a mishmash of expert advice for all sorts of things, not to mention the great banter we have. I just haven't found any other forum like it. For example I joined a large fish keeper forum the other week, I put up a hello thread and I've also asked questions. To date nobody has been arsed to reply to any of them. Ask a question on here and you get an answer or pointed in the right direction. Ask yourself this; How many times have you had a question on a subject not zed related and your first thought is, "I'll ask on 300zx.co.uk someone on there will be able to help" ? Long live 300zx.co.uk !!
  24. Keep us updated on this mate as I'm intrigued as to why you still have a limiter.
  25. That's what I was thinking. Jeff has them doesn't he ?
