You can get a seal kit from MJP in the traders section mate.

Much prefer them black, doesn't look right in bare metal.

Yes the aav at the back of the engine pass side. I'd get your timing checked with a gun as well just to be sure. Vodkashots timing was at 30 but conzult said it was at 15.

I think the biggest problem as seen by Z owners about the 350 was Renault. The Z series was historically an NA, it was only the 300ZX that were turbo's (both the Z31 and Z32 were available with a Turbocharged engine. The newer 370Z is as quick as a stock TT yet has an NA engine. It does appear that the GT-R has taken over as Nissan's performance which is why I think the Z is kept back.

They've certainly got the power to be drift machines. The HICAS might be another reason, but as you know that's easily fixed :)
