Ask the garage for a quote not an estimate. If they quote you price they then can't change it where as an estimate can wildly change. I would think that your probably looking at an hours labour plus any parts needed. HTH

I use Webs.com for mine pretty easy to use not really had any problems except when I couldn't renew my domain name. It kept saying that my address was different to the payment, which it wasn't. In the end Webs gave me my domain and didn't charge for it as they knew that the problem was at their end. So I got a free domain name.

I think you can heat them up but you would be much better replacing it. I don't know the exact crush washer your on about mate but measure it and check ebay. Or I have a few of them and may have what you need but I need to know the size.

We don't just have trouble with people spamming, we also get banned members trying to create new accounts. We do catch them though. Why won't your bank allow paypal? I've never heard of that, wouldn't let my bank tell me what I can spend my money on.

You should have gone green pretty quickly If you paid via paypal. I'll ask the committee to look into it for you.

My mates got a normal one and loves it. Won't be as nippy as your mondeo but the vxr can shift.

7psi is safety boost mate, standard boost is 9psi.

My old JDM had boost jets and it was running around 16psi, went like sh1te off a buttered shovel. But you can't control the boost like a an EBC can and you can suffer from boost spikes. For choice I would always go down the ebc route. Which I did with my UK and a blitz sbc iD-III.
