Swb/lwb
^^as above + All UK models are LWB /Twin Turbo. Imports were available as TT or NA , LWB(4seater) or SWB(2seater). Nearly all are Targa roof but the SWB's were also available as Slicktop(Metal roof) or Convertible(folding hood).

Hi
welcome to the club , and re: the filter (uk/tt or tt,n/a j-spec) the filter is the same , (there has been various discussions on the matter ie:Nissan or wix seem to be the fav one's) and i believe K&N make one also most common though is fram:rolleyes:

Car Alarm Recomendations
I'd say toad and clifford are both good alarm systems (it can be hard to find the right settings on them for the warn away feature etc.) I've always classed cobra as slightly better though? (maybe that's just me) whatever you decide on maybe have a word with the fitter , as i found a fair few that would'nt fit to a import :( finally found a company who quoted 450.00 for a Clifford g650 with some extra features's and he brought wiring diagrams etc so was pretty impressed:)

Finally time to say hi i think
strange tie up youv'e got there in reality i think a uk/tt would prob be the cheapest for you to insure BUT will not be limited to the 112 rule ! where as a import prob will be limited unless it's been removed etc but to the point> (i could have got a uk/tt insured for half of the price of my jap n/a) CRAZY !!:x:
-
Finally time to say hi i think
Insurance will be the thing to hold u back ! (just shop around and choose the model carefully) good luck for when you start the search hope it's sooner rarther than later for ya:hyper: Chris
