yeah i think it was a lttle extra force on the right side from my mate, i said watch out its then "crack" its not so bad when new but the more the sun bleaches them over time the more brittle they seem to get :/

likely most motor factors wont stock hc3 e-bay or mjp is the way forward :) let us know if you struggle ive got an uprated ice white set here ;)

you need to be carefull when fitting, a little pressure in the wrong place at the wrong time is more than enough to crack it (mainly i found when inserting the screws in to the holes on the tailgate) thing is id already fitted it once, removed then me and a friend where refitting it to my new zed when i heard it go its only a hairline crack but will need a temp fix followed by a replace

i would do that anyway and yes it will pull the panel tighter as you turn so will smush the seal in to the body a little :) hth

i used tiger seal with bolts and was able to remove it fine but very very carefully prising each edge/piece at a time, i then snapped it putting on another Zed not good :?

thanks guys yeah i had a capri 1.6 laser put a 2.0 pinto in it and sold it in the end it ended up getting wrapped around a lampost by a young teen who had long passed his test :( will check that out buddy thanks for that :)

yep i can relate watched a kid who lives near me could not have been older than seven creeping up the garden to my zed with a footie in hand he was i pressume going to bounce it off the car to hear the alarm beep, i waited until he was ready to chuck it and said to my alsatian john is here (a mate) she went in to bark mode instantly and charged to the door bouncing of it in the process, he dropped the ball and ran!!! sorry had to share that ....but hope he pays up and its sorted soon bud chris
