  15. yep sorry if i wasnt very clear im quite tired ...yet i ment when you release the clutch without it in gear the rattle is heard. when you depress the cluch the rattle disapears

  18. did the water run clean when you washed out the fluid?....be careful when you oil it back up you are only supposed to take one pass over each section of the filter excessive oil can be sucked through the filter and clog up your maf causing idle probs ect
  19. a worn release bearing rattles when you release the clutch. when you press the clutch pedal the bearing is under pressure eg no rattle some cars can go for years with a rattly bearing not sure on the z
  20. well first stage eat healthy so had a salad tonight :dance:...cant get rid of this damn addiction for the club site....even tho most people dont know me by the looks of things lol
