  4. wow a fair few questions there. i dont earn a fortune but dreamed of a z for the last two years so i waited until the right one came about. wouldnt want anything else unless i won the lotto then i probably would get it rebuit back to showroom condition with a few modern twists for good measure and then probably buy a modded turbo for track days ect.

  7. probably the best way it to remove the glue. sticky stuff i used was evostick brush on (the solvent one) from b&q hth gaz

  12. dave get straight onto the garage and search for recall data you should be able to get a replacement if its an electrical fault!! not quite the same but my brother brought a vectra sri second hand. within 3 weeks the timing chain went and took out the whole engine!! i found out on the web that vauxhall had a recall on the cars as an oilway clogged up causing the chain not to be lubricated... the car was past its warrenty but because the car had full vauxhall service history and with the info i found he had vauxhall pay for 80% of the repairs,which was a new engine. always worth a look could be a known problem hth gaz

  20. think it may be the tps setting mate could be the relay you are hearing but someone who will deffo know will be along shortly
  21. thanks took ages to do but worth it. the badge is sort of there its black so must be missing the plastic cover lol how much do you want for it fella? :dance:
  22. seeing as they are ally can they be polished up or is that just a stupid question?
  23. no some boot polish and a generous helping of autoglym leather restorer. they dont look too bad but i will eventially get them recovered. but for now im very happy
