4 gear syncro is a weak link on these boxes. try changing the oil first to mt90 that cures most. but may need a rebuild on 4th. mac1 been through a few manual boxes even a new one iirc :shock:

sorry to butt in but what have you had done to your na to rattle the tt boys cages lol. :cool:

jack it up and see if it has a coilover setup which you can raise the ride hight. if not you may have adjustable shocks which you could change to a softer setting. failing that non adjustables or knackered shocks would need replacing. mine has kyb shocks on it which give a firm ride but not bone rattling.
