you need two bushes get them from our trader mjp. a couple of quid a 20 minutes to do. it tightens the gear stick right up. hope that helps. gaz

si have you ever purchased from stillen in the us. i was enquiring about a lip spoiler and they wanted 200 odd dollers for shipping alone!!!! got any advice as i cant find them in this country.

i must admit i went out sat night and drank about 7 southern comforts and 1 beer. and i felt great no snotty nose or sore throat. so BIG KIM DRINK SOUTHERN COMFORT.

i must admit a good steam with drops of olbus oils in the water helps to clear the head. have plenty of tissue to hand for the snott. i have just got over being quite grotty. lemsip max strenght at 4 hour intivals and wrap up warm . get well soon mate.
