bump. this is still happening but i have replaced the upper link arms and lower tension rods with powertrix fully adjustable ones. creaking and clunking still. when i replaced the tension rods the lower arms were mint so i had ruled out the cracked seat of the lower arm.

hahaha. i had the same scare when i first got my z. saw water dripping on a garage forcourt and panic set in. only till i touched the water and found it ice cold did i realise what it was LOL

yes sounds like a swb one im afraid 4" is the figure between the swb bumper and a lwb one. the other 4" is made up between the wheel arch and the door.
