just done this today moved and replaced my old series one to a series two ptu and located it next to the fuse box. if your careful you can gently bend the bracket holding the two connectors(one brown one grey i think!) and use the original screw holding that bracket and the fuse box down to fix the ptu in place.

there should be some sort of adjustment to stablise the tail rotor an adjustable pot somewhere. i had it on my chopper.

i have removed a whole dash and have one sitting in my garage . any pics etc you need im sure i can get out there to take some ;)

gently lever the hazard swich plastic bit above the pod with a screwdriver it will pop off then you can remove the actual switch

now silver

steering wheel cover should just pull off its spring clips hazard switch unscrew the 2 screws in the pod then its easier to remove connector
