  1. the repair will only be as good as the welder!
  2. thats very naughty of the garage. have they put up big signs to tell you or poxy little ones which you wouldnt glance at anyway!

  5. your local performance shop should be able to do it. or a welder fabricators but you will pay quite a bit for them to do it.

  7. i have the mid section from the z centre and i can honestly say the quality is second to none!!! if you want to buy the mid section you usually have to get it with a set of tail pipes too.. i dont know of many places that sell them seperate.
  8. shouldnt fit adjustable upper link arms without adjustable tension robs.

  11. been thinking very seriously about joining the police force but no force round here are recruiting till at least the latter part of 09 to 2010. :( there are a coulpe of police officers on here who may be able to help with some info.

  13. i would have thought the turbo boys would have said a better designed engine bay the be able to change turbo's easier?!?!?! for me would have to be leather seats and leather stitched interior panels like a jag as standard!

  16. the sills rot from the inside out. once you remove the outer skin you have two inner skins which would have rotted away too. these will also have to be cut out to good metal and replaced to maintain the structural rigidity. if the car is that bad just in the places you can see i would hate to get it up on a set of ramps!!
  17. i wouldnt pay 2k for that! the welding on the sills alone would cost a small fortune! the rust near the suspension strut is quite bad and with rust the more you dig the more you find!! £800 max then break it for parts.

  21. would like to add this is going to be a great event especially for the Japanese car enthusiasts of Dorset. can i request we get a club stand organised for this event. and names on a list or something for attendance 1. hellraiser +1
  22. rocker covers are the most common causes of oil leaks around that area. i had it on mine but changed the oil with some good quality stuff and can say it dont leak. perhaps the oil in your engine is a little thin. try changing it first and clean up as much of the oil reside as you can to see if it still leaks.
