right im well confused as to what to try and save for my current list of suspension components are: powertrix front upper link arms powertrix front tension rods. now as my z is a non turbo im confused which bushes i can/need to replace or what kit i need? im also looking for a solution for my upper shock mount rubbers is there an alternative for these either polyurethane or pillow ball mount options for standard shock spring setup (albeit being aftermarket shocks and springs)

has it got an idle control valve. if so it would be my first point of call to locate and clean thoroughly! vauxhalls used to suffer from this exact problem and it was a dirty idle valve

should have put once warm sweep from lean to rich. instead of sweep. but you probably figured that anyway!

the alf should sweep when revs held above 2k once warmed up set datascan to read both o2 sensors so you can compare. they usually stay rich until warm.

thanks brian ,yes it is ...... been hard work but the last three months has seen me loose a stone in weight,gradually getting toned up and learning a new sport which can utilise my surrounding facilities. im not doing too bad at it . can do a couple of rolls and been learning safety techniques such as recovery escape. also been learning paddle techs as bracing. the surf can be hard work but it is also pre pairing me for bigger surf down Newquay in august where im going down with a couple of friends for a cheap weekend away (FISTRAL BEACH), and im trying to get some money together for white water kayaking in october ,which i have been invited on (doubt i will be able to go tho which im annoyed about!!:( ) . tbh its been good for my soul as i was a bit down mentally and this has given me a new mentally and physically stimulating challenge which takes me away from the every day drivel of life....

been busy with my new hobby/fitness/sport. + my subscription ran out so i can't get to the other fun stuff any more. and just cannot afford to re subscribe at the minute. but it does encourage me to go out in the pouring rain to surf kayak! luckly for me im using my friends kayak stuf so it doesnt cost me anything (yet)
