you replace the whole unit not take the hadle away from the plastic (bit with the pin in!!) its a total swap unit. as stated above its VERY easy to do :)

best bet for the front bumper is to buy a lip spoiler for it from stillen. pics are before and after :wack:

i have 7.5 j alloys and i have fitted 235/45/17 on them. if that helps.

Get some good quality running shoes tho to reduce the impact on the knees.

you have undone the torque converter bolts through the starter housing havent you? think there is 4 of them.
