  1. Not for me I'm afraid! Another beautiful Zed to ruin! That 30k could have been put to so much better use.:(
  2. Not to mentioned the ABS light is on - cos the rear wheels are jacked up and the front wheels are stationary!:tt2::tt2: FAKE!LOL
  3. What sort of Zed are you after - standard/modified/LWB/TT etc etc?? And your budget?
  4. Yeh, I'm tempted to get one TBH. A good practical everyday car with 80% of an EVOs dynamic. Much more to it than its blandish looks suggest. Uprated everything!
  5. What about a Mazda MPS 6? Awesome Q car. Very unknown car. 256bhp / 4 wheel drive, all the toys. Remap to just shy of 300bhp, 280 Ib/ft torque standard! And lets face it would even toast a Zed in bad weather. About £6k will get you a high mileage example.
  6. You also need to swap the odometer unit over as the only reason it currently reads in miles is because of the convertor reducing the speed input signal to the whole cluster by a 1/3rd. When you remove the convertor to fit the UK speed dial fit the UK odometer as well. It has different gearing to the Jspec unit. You need to do this or else the odo will read in KMs again... The UK odo mileage can be carefully altered to your cars mileage before fitting it.
  7. I know very little technically about pads, but seem to recall that Porterfield pads are well thought of and generally rated over Mintex, but Ferrodo DS2500 seem to be the best - thats what I'm using and they work very well hot or cold.
  8. Are your shocks in good condition? Are you 100% sure that you have correctly rebuilt the shock/spring assembly in the right order both sides? Wouldn't have thought the rubber would allow a 20mm difference, the weight of the car would soon right the rubbers. Did you check to see all the springs were equal at least in their pairs? When I changed my springs/shocks and put the car back on the ground it sat quite evenly. It didn't really settle much neither only a matter of about 5mm after a couple of weeks. Sorry can't be any more help...
  9. My thoughts exactly, even if a different colour it could be sprayed to your liking for far less!
  10. I really really like these, but £480+VAT! Yikes. And it seems they need calibrating?
  11. Amen to that! I can't believe how rust and rot free my import is. And the best way of keeping them that way? Keep them off our winter roads! keep em for the good weather.:thumbup1:
  12. I thought the bushes weren't available separately, although you can if you're lucky pick up Nismo bushes for the arms, but.... £160 for 8!! Some people fit adjustable arms, but then adjustable tension rods are apparently needed too.
  13. Dam that car is lovely. A real credit to you mate. Very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very nice!
