Hi I currently have a jap spec 300zx TT and the headlight has gone, the original bulb had 2 spades, i have read on the forum that i need to create an earth but having bought my replacement bulb from halford it only has one spade is this correct?? Thanks no worries sorted it now :-)

i had this problem on my 200sx, turned out to be a loose wire on the back of the stereo, if thats any help. does the fuse blow straight away with the ignition off??

yep sounds like a fuse problem most probably interior light fuse.

To be honest it was dark and didnt really have glasses on, i think it had a quad exhaust setup though. possibly a dark blue :confused:

Saw a nice looking, sounding 300zx cruisin near the thames was crossing the road near Temple Tube station

More to the point why were you going through a car wash, those things are EVIL!!! took my 200sx through one and took half the paintwork off the roof, wasnt worth seeking compensation as the workers manning it didnt speak english :( Back to the sponge and bucket for me

I seem to be suffering a mis-fire near the spark plug by the battery (jap Version) it only appears to be this one, have had a compression test done on this and its fine, from looking at past forum threads it may be the connectors need cleaning and possibly need to replace the ptu. Although it has only recently started to happen, would an ECU test be of any use?? or as anyone else got any other ideas. Thanks Matt

as a last resort your could try Web2Pop its a program that allows you to configure outlook to check your hotmail account, but my guess is you will have the same probs. Do you pay for your hotmail?? if not then i would suggest upgrading your account by paying the membership fee. Other than that dump hotmail and kick Mr Gates up the ars*

you could try logging on through a different portal, ie http://www.hotmail.com or hotmail.co.uk or msn.co.uk etc etc. When i did have a hotmail account this sometimes worked. Have you tried it from a different computer?? could be your computer try deleting all internet history. If none of the above work then contact hotmail directly. Matt

My 2 back boxes on the my jasmo exhaust need replacing, from searching this forum Jasmo seems to be a japenese brand not available over here, i only want to replace the 2 back boxes as im skint, has anyone got any suggestions or is this possible?? Cheers

Hi all, Picked up my first 300zx at the weekend, enjoying every moment with it, i think its the beginning of a beautiful relationship :D but once i picked it up on Sat i realised the horn didnt work, then on sunday it started working all by itself every now and then, and first me and my mate found it amusing but then it turned annoying i popped the bonnet to see what i could do and my leg banged against the passenger side headlight and the horn started and wouldnt stop till i managed to locate the fuse and yank it out. A friend reckons it might be the alarm causing it but im not sure as im guessing the horns are near the passenger head light are they?? I also have an aftermarket momo steering wheel. Any ideas please?? Cheers Matt
