Sorry but I think you're being to nice! You're asking them to reconsider their evaluation, I'd personally be telling them that you'll only accept what it's worth based on the evidence you've provided. As Danny says, it's unburnt fuel igniting in your exhaust. It's over fueling so as Danny says check the connections ;) Don't forget at start up you'll get extra fuel so that's probably why it's happening for the first few miles especially :) Vijay
