  4. Ye lisa had one of them plastic ones on hers if you remember thats why we bought that one from you So they started skimping after 94 thats interesting, what things did they skimp on? buggar 99spec models for stupid money then....lol
  5. Usually power steering fluid low. No most mot testers wouldn't even know the car had rear steering !

  7. No i mean the steering wheel without the cruise buttons and is not leather on series 1 on some imports
  8. So whats with the jap spec ones that seem to me more stripped out like a racer, ie cheap plastic steering wheel, no cruise control etc and sound like they have less sound deadening material in them

  13. Uk cars are better as long as you get a good one, ive had both and the uk ones are smoother, less rattly trim(vurtually no rattle!), quieter noise levels inside the car. some of the parts are worth a lot more as well. And not clocked before being shipped.

  18. Actually yes as Dave says it an damage the pump, i was going by a Lexus i drove a good few miles with a dry pump and it was fine, but then thats Toyota... a bit more hardy than Nissan :p :rofl:
