Went down to Wales the weekend to watch the fight, Calzaghe was awesome! Glad it lasted the full 12 rounds. Buy! Renting is just throwing money away. If your in a position to buy then do it. You will NOT be getting more money by saving with a lower rent than puting more money into the mortgage. Rent = £6000 a year Mortage = £14400 a year so renting you will save £7000 but thrown 6000 away. Buying the house will have gone up by at least £7000 and you have lost no money.
