Doubt it would be the exhaust, white smoke is water, blue oil and black fuel. What fluids where at the turbos? Water or oil? and where exactly was the fluid found, inside/outside?

Had the DTA/Smithy ones on my silver Zed and were great/perfect. For my last Zed I bought the 2fast2cool ones and the metal pipes didn't fit on all of them and also the jubilee clips were poor and 4 of them the wrong size. Also the finish was really dull like brushed aluminium, really naff. Yeah ive used them for loads of Zed stuff over the years and the hard pipes are the only thing I'd say stay well away from. Told them they didn't fit and the jubilee clips were the wrong size and was told tough about the pipes and they would send replacement clips that never arrived. Here's the difference in pipes.

Dont bother with the 2fast2cool ones on Ebay. they are dog turd. Dont fit and are dull and nasty.

Dude, best thing is to get pissed, be down and upset for a while and wallow in your self indungence. Ignore the "It will get better over time" comments for now and just be upset and let it all out. You'll feel like shit for ages, months maybe, then at some point you'll realise you dont feel like crap any more. It wont be like a switch and everything is fine, just one day you will realise for a while its been ok. End of the day it will get better, but now now and not soon. Just have to ride it out. If you need a break give me a shout and I'll put you up for a few days and i'll show you the sights of Essex nightlife (its shit but the offer is seriously there). If not, just be down, your entitled to be, your ment to be, but not too down eh :)

What are you talking about? The auto and manwell Zeds are pretty much exactly the same performance. The only time you cant talk about real speed difference is between NA v's TT WTF is stage 1??? Please for the love of god tell me lol

Look for the same things as a manwell and cheack/smell the gearbox oil. Should be red and not smell. If brown or smells burnt then walk away. Other than that you know the drill when buying.

I love that, even the fussy bumper etc, just works so well.

Remember the warranty will only be for the work done, if that much of the car has started to rot so badly surely the rest is not far behind and will need the same spent again to get sorted in 10 months??

Sounds about right for a good job. Personaly I wouldn't bother as it will all just rust away from underneith you again in 10 months

Also its a bit missleading he has used my old for sale advert from five years ago where I had just done New tension rod arms New HICAS (Rear steering) arms New low mileage gearbox and brand new torque converter fitted approx 8k miles New universal steering joint New rear gearbox mount New front brake discs and pads Those parts are all 5 years old now, not exactly very "new" lol

No that one has the same wheels as mine did but thats as far as simalarity stops, its even a different colour to mine was lol :tongue:

yeah my thoughts exactly, 90% of all zeds are clocked in the UK. Ignore the miles, look at the history and condition.

Sub sound is very rarely produced in stereo, it is 99.99% of the time centered and equal to left and right channels so one sub is completely fine
