My personal opinion which will most likely get me shot down in flames is that I would put money on that you MUCH more likely to get stabbed in a fight with a non white person than you are with a white person. Mate, why not buy a set of new stock pistons and rings? £130 delivered from the states. Not uprated but will last another 15 years no probs! Might be worth it, save another rebuild not too far from now?

You need to look at the true power of PSU's. Most cheap ones that claim to be 500W are not at all. A true 280W PSU will cope with most home pc's needs. eg. My home pc has a 550W PSU. its actual output is only 285w peak. So you need to know the Actual specs of what your buying. Your best to spend a little more on a good named true power then a cheap 450-500w one. And by "true power" I dont mean the Brand name. Not looked at PSU's for a bit so cant give you a good name to go for. Sure one of the guys on here can shed more light on the good ones that are out at the mo.
